From her very first birthday – marked by a triple-layer chocolate mousse cake at the Hotel Hershey – Rachel Quiring’s connection to chocolate has been both personal and enduring.

Fast forward a few years and that lifelong passion has evolved into industry leadership, as the Sustainability Manager at Blommer Chocolate Company Quiring’s has been named to the National Confectioners Association (NCA) 2026 Future Leadership Programme.
