Barry Callebaut, known for its premium chocolate and cocoa solutions, is teaming up with NotCo AI, the first foundational AI platform tailored for the consumer goods industry. Together, they will explore how AI can accelerate recipe development across taste and texture, sustainability, and nutrition.

According to Barry Callebaut’s CEO Peter Feld, the collaboration reflects the group’s commitment to delivering a best-in-class customer experience by boosting innovation and speed to market. The AI-driven approach, he says, will allow breakthrough formulations—health-forward recipes, new functional ingredients, even Nutri-Score-friendly variants—to be developed more rapidly.
