With a growing international reputation, the premier event for North America's confectionery and snack industries brings together thousands of professionals to showcase the latest product innovations, share insights, and foster industry connections.

“We welcomed a record-breaking number of exhibitors to last year’s show, and attendees are so eager for the 2025 Sweets & Snacks Expo that we are opening registration earlier than ever before,” said John Downs, president and CEO of the NCA, host organisation of Sweets & Snacks Expo.

The Expo, which will take place from May 12 to 15 at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis, is open to all attendees and is becoming a must-attend event in the confectionery calendar.

The Expo serves as a launchpad for groundbreaking products, with hundreds of exhibitors presenting their latest offerings. As a trade event, it is unsurpassed for access to the lucrative US candy and chocolate market. The NCA revealed that chocolate sales in the US reached $21.4 billion in the past 12 months (2023-24).

The annual show also convenes thought leaders and industry experts to share and gain insights, connect with fellow professionals, and drive the candy and snack industries forward.

Speakers wanted for the 2025 Sweets & Snacks Expo and Supplier Showcase in the US
The National Confectioners Association’s Sweets & Snacks Expo is not only the largest trade show of its kind - but also a highly influential forum for discussion, debates, and knowledge gathering on some of the major topics affecting the industry in the United States and the rest of the world.

“Sweets & Snacks Expo consistently delivers a best-in-class experience for manufacturers, retailers, brokers, and suppliers alike, and we cannot wait to see them again at the center of the candy and snack universe in Indianapolis,” said Downs.

Sweets & Snacks also welcomes attendees from around the world and features a diverse range of educational programming, including groundbreaking data insights and trend tracking.

Additionally, the Supplier Showcase will return on 12 and 13 May, providing a dedicated marketplace for suppliers to showcase ingredients, machinery, packaging, and other services that support manufacturers in addressing evolving consumer needs.

In 2024, Sweets & Snacks Expo initiated a rotation between Indianapolis and Las Vegas. The schedule is set for two consecutive years in Indianapolis, followed by one year in Las Vegas, continuing this pattern until 2032. It’s a strategy poised to enhance the Expo’s reach and influence in the coming years.
