What Is The Signal Room
The Signal Room is a monthly, off-the-record forum where a small, carefully curated group of senior decision-makers meet to interpret what is shifting in cocoa — before it is obvious, and before it is safe to say out loud.
It exists for one reason:
To create a disciplined, confidential space for shared signal-reading, challenge, and perspective on the emerging cocoa market, regulatory, and power dynamics.
- This is not a webinar.
- This is not a briefing.
- This is not a panel or broadcast.
It is a private forum for people whose decisions shape outcomes — not narratives.
As CocoaRadar continues to evolve its Pro offering, invitations are being extended to newly eligible members to participate in this closed initiative.
